First BPC (Yangon, Myanmar)
News
- In God’s providential guidance and direction, First BPC (Insein) and Bethel BPC (Dagon) have become one, retaining the name First BPC. The present address of the church is: 159, Thitsar (5) Street, 39-A, North Dagon, Yangon. May God grant wisdom and guidance for Rev Biak and Rev Lian Uk as the Pastors.
- Living Word Literature (LWL), the literature ministry of First BPC, continues to write, translate and publish Myanmar RPG, Gospel tracts, pamphlets, Christian Beacon (periodical), booklets and books.
- Truth Theological Seminary (TTS) has just begun its second semester of 2023-2024 term with eleven students, and the subjects being taught include: Epistles of Peter, The Minor Prophets, Contemporary Theology IV, Modern Cults, Calvin’s Institutes II, Biblical Separation, Christian Education IV, Apologetics, Homiletics, and English VII.
Needs
- Successful rental extensions for First BPC, LWL, and TTS.
- LWL is planning to publish more books, in addition to its regular publications.
- The Bible College (TTS) is in need of various equipment and teaching resources. Pray for the students studying, and for new students to enroll for the next term, June 2024-March 2025.
Ngalti BPC (Chin State, Myanmar)
News
- Pr Jeffrey Tial Hre Mang is presently serving at Ngalti BPC; God willing, he will be ordained this year; Session (consisted of one Elder and two Deacons, with Rev Biak as the advisory Pastor).
Needs
- Pray for our brethren as they do not have a Pastor. Pray for Pr Jeffrey Mang’s ordination, which is being prayerfully planed in conjunction with the church camp, God willing, 7-14 April 2024, at Ngalti BPC, Chin State. Pray for Rev Biak, Rev Lian Uk, Pr Samuel Van Thawng Hup, Pr Samuel Van Bawi Hu and Pr Tai Sut Thang as they travel at various times to minister to the church.
