📣 The truth is being threatened. Here are its enemies. 🤔 In an age where everything seems relative and nothing seems certain, truth seems to be in both short supply and short demand. Interestingly, the Israelites lived in a time where the word of a few witnesses was enough evidence to sentence a person to death. Clearly, truth mattered then, and as impossible or hopeless as it might feel today, truth still matters. That’s exactly what Ps Paul Cheng explains in this sermon: why the truth matters more than it ever has before, and how you and I are responsible to stand up for it against all odds.

we face temptation to… before we know it we are doing the same thing as them. when it comes to the truth there is not difference. the majority will pressure us to side with them, even at the expense of the truth. we must not subject ourselves to the majority.

if in speaking the truth we will lose all our friends, would we still do it? Our God is pleased with us. and that is all that matters. is that not true?
